Jorge Zalszupin for L'Atelier
Designed for L'Atelier by Jorge Zalszupin, a venerable designer who spearheaded Brazilian mid-century modern movement with contemporaries Oscar Niemyere, Joaquim Tenreiro, Martin Eisler etc.
Dropdown door reveals white interior and rosewood edged shelves, with lockable door to the right.
The unusual use of jacaranda rosewood is typical of Zalszupin's designs, and continues around the back of this piece.
Also in the room: 'Jungle' by Lindsey Hambleton, Magnus Olesen Danish leather chair, and Fase lamp.
